Most Americans when polled by USA Today want to be healthier. What happens when you are a woman and literally about 24 out of every 31 days of the month you feel terrible? Now I understand that not all women feel this way, but believe it or not, most do. That's the bad news. The good news is there is help. Lots of help, that is safe and natural.
From a man's perspective all I can say is that I am sorry. I am sorry to all of the women that are suffering and have suffered far too long. For the men reading this article, I hope that you will gain a new perspective to help and understand the women in your life better; and to help them excel to higher levels of health and well-being.
The emotional roller coaster is a woman's way of life. Crying without reason, depression, breast pain, fatigue, abdominal cramping, lower back pain, headaches, joint pain, thyroid problems, weight gain, mood swings, and feeling worthless and helpless are just some of the daily symptoms that many women face.
It's easy when a man gets sick. He just has to crawl into bed and moan "can someone make me some chicken soup?" Not a woman though. When she feels ill, she still has to take the kids to school and make the chicken soup for her husband.
Also, let's not forget memory loss. As women age and go through perimenopause, memory loss becomes a way of life which adds to the emotional stress that she already feels.
For her aches and pains, many women start what I call the "Doctor Dance". They go from doctor to doctor receiving normal diagnoses, spending tons of money, only to be told there is nothing wrong with them. This adds further stress to her sanity because she really does feel ill, but all the great doctors can't find anything wrong. This leads to relationship stress, because men can't understand to begin with. Then add a respected well educated doctor's opinion that "there is nothing wrong", and the man starts thinking and acting that the woman in his life is crazy.
As she continues to seek an answer, spending more time and money, without answers, she thinks she is going crazy too. Finally someone comes up with the idea that she must be depressed so she takes some anti-depressants in the hopes that the answer lies there.
Either no help or side effects from the anti-depressants kick in and the woman is left in either worse shape because of the side effects, or the same shape as before, in pain and miserable. Except now there is a new twist, hopelessness sets in.
For the men reading this article please understand that this scenario is not made up nor embellished. For the women who see them-self in this article there is good news. While you have heard it all before and have been promised by countless other doctors that "they have the answer", I can tell you after 25 years of treating women just like you that there is safe and natural help available to you.
Food enzymes live in all raw food. Food enzymes are responsible for the initiation of digestion. As a matter of fact the process of digestion begins with us eating a raw food that is rich in food enzymes. As we bite and chew we mix the surface area of the foods with the enzymes to get predigestion of our food. Now we swallow the predigested food and 30-45 minutes later our body from your food via cooking, micro waving or processing then you body has to perform the entire job of digestion. If the body is forced to perform the entire job, it will be forced to overwork. Remember anything that overworks becomes stressed. When your body becomes nutritionally stressed symptoms of crying without reason, depression, breast pain, fatigue, abdominal cramping, lower back pain, headaches, joint pain, thyroid problems, weight gain, mood swings, and feeling worthless and helpless can appear. Anything stressed for a long enough period of time will be prone to breaking down. When the human body breaks down it becomes sick and diseased.
Asking your doctor to perform a comprehensive functional digestive nutritional test and checking your food enzymes is the logical first step in insuring that you are getting the food enzymes that nature intended but which have been systematically removed via cooking, micro waving, antibiotics, pesticides, and irradiation.
Poor digestion due to an enzyme deficiency can lead to symptoms of crying without reason, depression, breast pain, fatigue, abdominal cramping, lower back pain, headaches, joint pain, thyroid problems, weight gain, mood swings, and feeling worthless and helpless.
