Simple Natural Solutions for Women Who are Suffering with Pain and Who Are Living on an Emotional Roller Coaster

According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, at least 85% of menstruating women have at least one symptom as part of their monthly cycle.(1)
According to EMedTv, osteoporosis is a major public health threat for 44 million Americans (68 percent are women), and occurs typically after menopause. (2)

For many women the emotional roller coaster is a woman's way of life. Crying without reason, depression, breast pain, fatigue, abdominal cramping, lower back pain, headaches, joint pain, memory loss, thyroid problems, weight gain, mood swings, and feelings of  worthlessness and helplessness are just some of the symptoms that many women face on a daily basis. The good news is there are simple solutions for complex problems.
What causes women’s problems?
The causes of the symptoms are not clear, but several factors may be involved. Changes in hormones during the menstrual cycle seem to be an important cause. These changing hormone levels may affect some women more than others. Chemical changes in the brain may also be involved. Stress and emotional problems, such as depression, do not seem to cause symptoms, but they may make it worse. Some other possible causes include:

  • Low levels of vitamins and minerals
  • Eating a lot of salty foods, which may cause you to retain (keep) fluid
  • Drinking alcohol and caffeine, which may alter your mood and energy level
  • Not getting enough food enzymes in your diet

Many women feel that they do not have the support of the male figures in their life. This often leads to feeling isolated, helpless, out of control and ends up as relationship problems. For the men reading this article, it is important to realize that the woman in your life does not want to feel badly, and is not feeling badly on purpose. She needs and deserves your love, support, understanding and help.
The great news is that and easy to combat the problems through safe and natural means. Hormones are created from the fat that we eat. Calcium, phosphorus, iron, other minerals, and vitamins are carried to the tissues by the protein that we eat. What would happen if our diet is a healthy diet consisting of the correct amounts of fat, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals but we were unable to fully digest and/or utilize them?  One of the biggest and most overlooked reasons for people not getting the most nutrition out of their diet is because they are eating the wrong diet for their body or their diet is void of food enzymes. This is vitally important when looking to combat the early vague warning symptoms that women experience and especially when looking to prevent osteoporosis. Proper bone health requires calcium, phosphorus, sulfur, Vitamin D and Vitamin C. It is important to note that calcium is carried by protein. You can take all of the calcium with Vitamin D, and Magnesium that you want. If you do not DIGEST enough protein you will not be able to carry the calcium to the bone to prevent osteoporosis.
Food enzymes live in all raw food. Food enzymes are responsible for the initiation of digestion. As a matter of fact the process of digestion begins with us eating a raw food that is rich in food enzymes. As we bite and chew we mix the surface area of the foods with the enzymes to get predigestion of our food. Now we swallow the predigested food and 30-45 minutes later our body releases its own enzymes to complete the process of digestion. If you eat cooked food; food with pesticides; micro-waved food; food with antibiotics or hormones added; or irradiated food, all of the naturally occurring food enzymes are destroyed. Now the body has to do perform the entire job of digestion, which it was not designed to do. If the body is forced to perform the entire job, it will be forced to overwork. Remember anything that overworks becomes stressed.
When your body becomes nutritionally stressed symptoms of crying without reason, depression, breast pain, fatigue, abdominal cramping, lower back pain, headaches, joint pain, thyroid problems, weight gain, mood swings, and feeling worthless and helpless can appear. Anything stressed for a long enough period of time will be prone to breaking down. When the human body breaks down it becomes sick and diseased.

Asking your doctor to perform a comprehensive functional digestive nutritional test and checking your food enzymes is the logical first step in insuring that you are getting the food enzymes that nature intended but which have been systematically removed via cooking, micro waving, antibiotics, pesticides, and irradiation. The food enzymes will ensure proper digestion, utilization, absorption, and the elimination of the waste products which is what proper nutrition is all about.
